Welcome to The Ranch, an awesome game where you get to be the boss of a ranch! Get ready for a fun adventure where you'll build your own place for taking care of animals that will produce offspring and other useful things that will help you get bigger and build a successful ranch.
Animals: Some animals love to wander around, so it will be hard to control them. Try always to put them in a closed area. Night will be hard for your animals, so try to use barns to protect them from dangerous (wild animals). Ensure that all your animals are well-fed and content for optimal health, happiness, and good production. Sell animals when market values rise to maximize profits; check your mailbox always. Breed your animals for offspring.
Animal Trader: To start raising your wealth, the animal trader will be your friend for a long time during your journey. You can buy all types of animals from him and even avail of a service to transport your animals to your barn with a small charge. So, do not forget to give his transporter friend a talk.
Fast Travel: Fast travel points are spread around the world. Try to use them whenever possible to save time; their costs depend on the travel distance. You cannot travel with animals or when riding. You will find a travel point near all important places in the world.
General Market: In the general market, you will find everything you want, from fodder for your animals to structures and everything you will need during your journey.
Sheriff: Sometimes money can be a problem, but don't panic; the sheriff is here to solve big problems. You can take a loan from him with a small interest that can be paid anytime whenever you stand on your legs. Go say hi and check his services.
Vehicles Market: You need to travel a long distance, and your animals need to be transported, so there are a variety of vehicles on the market that can help you achieve this. Fuel stations are spread all around the world to refuel your vehicles that need it to move.
Mailbox: Following the news and market is the thing that can make your business grow faster and make good deals. Every time the trader has a good offer, he will send you mail. Villagers need a lot of what you produce; they will communicate with you through the mail. The mailbox is located near your ranch entrance; go check it out from time to time.
Trader: The trader always needs products for his market. You can sell animals, items, and products to him at a good price. High-demand products will be at a higher price, and some product prices will drop. He will send you mail whenever he has a good offer.
Your Shop: You can build your market with your prices and let villagers come to your place to buy your products. You can buy a stand from the general market. Overrated prices will never attract customers; try always to set a reasonable price.

Why has this been submitted to LSDJAM when it doesn't fit the theme of the jam?
Would it be possible for you to port this to mac?
I can, but the problem is that I do not have a Mac to test the game to make sure that everything is working correctly
I have a Mac, so you can upload a version that only I can view to test.

I tested it, and it seems to work fine except for a little bit of input delay (about 1/2 second), and a warning when I first launched the app that my computer can't check it for malware and it refuses to launch it (this happens with my games that I redownload from itch though (I can also right click and press open to force open it)). Apart from that, I didn't test all too much of the game, so you can tell me if there are certain things you want specifically tested, or if all you needed was to know that the game could launch and the rest should probably work fine. In any case, please let me know if you need (or don't need) anything else from me.

Game is good but needs some music and a bit of shading. I also found a bug where the ui didnt work properly
